SPRING 2010 Soccer Registration Forms are available!

They MUST be postmarked no later than MARCH 1, 2010. 

Please NOTE:  Each player MUST attach a copy of his or her BIRTH CERTIFICATE with the registration form UNLESS you played in the FALL 2009 season AND you provided a BIRTH CERTIFICATE at that time.
